Pros

Good benefits Set schedule You can use your PTO as you wish, whenever you wish

Cons

Different manager every other month coming in without adequate training changing work process when they do not know what’s going on. No repercussions for employees who do nothing but walk around. Management do not say anything to people who don’t do work but want to overwork the employees who come in working hard. Promotions go to manager favorites. The same people are always getting promotions regardless of how good other employees are.

New management don’t care about their employees all the curious about their numbers they started changing all these new rules and they’re always calling about spreading germs and Covid but why would they be changing workstations after lunch isn’t that spreading more germs
