Pros

Decent pay for most positions. My work as an ISS Rep was fun and interesting I enjoyed a lot of my coworkers.

Cons

A lot of changes in policy in the 9 months I worked there New things were getting added which wasn't communicated well My department (ISS) was understaffed, and had necessary roles go unfulfilled Many people were put into a role as problem solver that didn't deserve it. Management wasn't putting a lot of effort in the wrong places to fix Problem Solving If you took on the role as a problem solver, you got paid as much as a simple stower. Its even less worth it as an ISS rep.
