Pros

Onboarding experience as a new hire is great. you are expected to learn quickly and contribute. I like it. Great company culture, training, and information sharing within the company. Opportunity to learn from lots of smart & helpful colleagues, and many good projects to work on. Good pay

Cons

So-so benefits. You will pay a good amount for health insurance, especially for family coverage. Vacation and PTO are decent but lack other tech companies 401K match is 2% of base-pay and 3 years to fully vested. This is very bad. please change this.
