Pros

1.You'll learn a lot 2. They'll always find work for you to do 3.. They offer reasonable health benefits

Cons

1. Their pay is horrible, they rip you off with the total compensation as opposed to full salary, thus pushing the tax burden on to their employees while they pay no tax. 2. They overwork you and value you only if you give 50+ hours of work a week. 3. They consider a 2-3% raise as showing a good job 4. They offer no yeatly cost of living adjustment. 5. You'll have a new manager every year due to their high rate of turnover. Turnover average is every 15 months for managers/employees. It's designed to function this way so that they won't have to pay out stock to their employees. Stock is the primary way employees/managers get paid. 6. They have designed a culture where it is completely acceptable for managers to steal new initiatives and processes designed by lower level employees and get the credit. 7. They will never tell you the metrics for whether you do or do not you receive a raise or got a promotion. 8. Their promotion process is secretive to the employees. Employees will spend a year prepping documentation for the the process, but the manager is not required to submit the documentation to the promotional board, despite the the fact that the employee spent a year preparing it.
