Pros

Can take leave of absences, gives PTO and unpaid time to accommodate latenesses or leaving early.

Cons

Horrible leadership. They constantly hire new managers (without adequately training them)instead of promoting from within which leaves with so much frustration. HR doesn’t resolve issues in timely manner. Known as a particularly frustrating warehouse.
