Leadership principles are the great and needs to be followed from day1

Cons

Manager can put you in focus plan and then into pip if you may go to maternity/paternity leaves irrespective of the contribution you provide to team, this leads to mental troma. Knowing the news of pregnancy, they put you in focus and pip to remove you from org so that they need not give 6 month paid maternity leaves. Also no worklife balance.
