Exhaustion caused by working 24 x 7 Unhealthy focus on Metrics and trend evaluation Will overwhelm a new employee for 6 months. I should probably use the word "grind" here, but it is overused and too honest. Management more married to work principles than employees, process over people. You will discover that blending in the background becomes a better tactic than drawing attention. Opposite of their own principles.
