Pros

4 day work weeks = 3 day weekends. One of the rare remote amazon jobs. Job is challenging enough to where I feel my brain being exercised every day, but not stressful enough to where it keeps me up. Once shift is over I am expected to disconnect and not work over my hours. Lovely team and manager. Amazon sponsors site visits to learn about the products and take you around the US and EU. Manageable workload. Can go to the office if I want, can stay home if I want. 12-10 pm shift (night shift) personally huge win for me.

Cons

Have to work a weekend day no matter what shift you’re on. Smaller team so if someone takes time ofd you’re alone (still usually manageable workload) 10h work days can be considered a con for some.
