Pros

Th work culture is really good. Lot of opportunities to move internally, after getting tenured. Support and encouragement to showcase your ideas in improving process.

Cons

Work gets montonous after a while, but so does most of the other jobs. As any other jobs, you need to put in effort, be innovative and passionate to make a good career within the company. If you plan to leave the company for a better profile, this experience would only acount for most of the non-technical job profiles of the same background. Willing to work in rotational shift timings and week offs every quarter.
