Cons

My Personal Opinion : Growth Process is Very Slow few Higher Level Managers carry attitude My Job isn't that great, 4th std kid can do it and its killing my creativity I tried to move internally, it doesn't happen so easily , Infact it rarely happens and I felt like quitting amazon and again applying for different role was better than trying to move internally. I believed that amazon is different unlike regular corporates or bpo's but its the same thing.
