Pros

Amenities at Office Leaves, that too only if you get a good manager you can take them Work culture

Cons

No growth Internal Politics Favoritism Handful of impartial managers Most of things getting automated Unstable process Constant changes in work Too many audits in work, auditors lack actual knowledge & are people who judge swimmers by reading book on swimming, without touching a drop of water in real. Forcefully implementing ideas which would be unfeasible with process, just to show they have done some work, not even bothered about end result.
