Pros

Infrastructure, facilities and equipment provided by organisation, colleagues, Salary on time, Food coupons and transport allowance or transport facility

Cons

Management, HRs careless attitude, No value for employees, work pressure, boring work . Negligence of management at peeks, No growth opportunities at all, you'll have to wait atleast for 3-4 years to get to the next level.. there are people with 10 years experience with just one level above from where they joined. lot of politics inside for growth. Worst experience ever after working for more than 2 and half years , finally left and I'm happy about my decision
