Pros

Facilities : A+ Managers : A+ Job Satisfaction : A A very good company to work . You get to think out of the box and even implement them and as well as get rewards for that.

Cons

The management needs to be a little more subtle about micro management . The management sometimes tries to introduce some rules that they think we are working at Customer care

Pros

Big company name on your resume. Plenty of opportunities for growth if you know how to play your cards right and have the patience to stay in this hell for a decade.

Cons

Pathetic work culture. People are always humiliating each other. The word 'professionalism' doesn't exist in this company. MAnagement is cheap and worthless, the managers who come here from HSBC are the worst, and there are a ton of them. Nobody cares about the company, especially the management. The management is hell bent on making the process as worthless as possible in the greed of chasing bigger numbers, the result of this is that your job becomes useless, you don't impact the company in anyway, you are just there to hit numbers.
