Pros

work for a while and use the money learning a decent skill and leave, most people in this role leave after they get a good certification or when they get a visa to another country, since there is no growth any ways .

Cons

learn and leave , u will find this out once u start working and you see people with 7 years of experiance working on same role with similar pay as you and not a single oppertunity of growth.IJP 's are real joke in this role.and yaa remember you are signing up for a night shift job,and that to "the grave yard shift" 9pm to 6am .25k money is not worth your eye sight and life.be wise not foolish
