Pros

Great place to work. You have your freedom to choose any topic and work on your own project. Wonderful extra curricular activities. Fun team. Like minded people.

Cons

The profile we work can be automated and any 10th pass out can do what we graduates do. After a while your mind becomes numb and useless and the frustration starts getting under your skin. You realize the more noise you make the more you can grow but no one cares about real hard work and results.

Pros

Friendly work environment. Paid overtime. Transport facility. Fun activities in between work.

Cons

Stringent work. High focus on annual performance. Slow growth hierarchy. With sudden growth of TRMS, number of employees and break monitoring changes, competition has become difficult. Not recommended above a year and half experience. Freedom t work lies no more as it used to be till last year. rotational shifts.
