Constant department changes with no options to stay in the same department shift bids frequently, hard to plan life around work hours, not knowing when your shift or days will change. working multiple departments at the same time, you will have to work every department that you were trained for, regardless of whether you are in that department or not. Training could be better. Advancement opportunities are very slow.
