Pros not there. Only cons can be seen.

Cons

1) You will ask for sick leave and they will apply annual leave to deduct your salary. Even after submitting all the proofs of sickness. Full of politics culture. Inflexible work hours. No defined and set method to address customer issues. Random problems can occur. This is the most frustrating part. You will get around 250 calls per day. Highly stressful no rest.
