Pros

Work environment, peers are very helpful, very good communication.

Cons

A company too big to be managed so poorly. No planification for events that require trainings to be managed succesfully. Hours are not enough to complete all that is required from position. Management does too many administrative tasks. No team leads for more support, and too many agents per team. Advancement opportunitites to tight. No work life balance. All phylophies to manage human resources are not applied to management. There is no time for that.
