      Health benefits are great, sign on bonus, moving expenses, stock options, the people.

      Cons

      401k match is low, company discount is a joke, pay is lower than I expected, hours are terrible. Upper management works against each other instead of together to make a better work environment for all.

      If you lack experience and want that resume booster to get you to the next level then this is opportunity calling.

      Cons

      I have a high level of patience and holy heck this job/environment will test it. The training, overall direction, and number of Sr. Leaders who truly have your six is EXTREMELY limited. Unfortunately the workload doesn’t wait and being the fact many situations you find yourself in are so high level you are permitted almost no room for error.
