Pros

The wage is high compared to other roles Whilst hours are long, it is only 4 days per week so an extra day off at the weekend Generous overtime

Cons

I was accused of absenteeism twice, despite having been in both days I was accused of being off. Management gave no explanation for these accusations. Only one manager (of roughly 4 or 5) bothered to learn my name Even when there is nothing on the lines I was not allowed to sit down, because I could empty my bin (a task that would have taken one minute, and there still was nothing on the lines) Very lonely job Monotonous Physically demanding work Shifts are 10.5 hours
