Pros

good pay, ability to add hours

Cons

It's really hard on the body. My wrists and shoulders have tendonitis after six months in a sort center. Most of the jobs involve repetitive motion and/or heavy lifting. Shifts are 3 to 5 hours. Be aware you're not going to be making much money if you have a lot of 3 hour shifts. During peak it will almost always be 5 hour shifts.
