Friendly working environment. Amazon career choice($5250 per year for approved school or bootcamp). Learn top industry technology. Easy transfer to different position with same job level.

Cons

Hard to move up level. Unfair pay and little salary increase on annually review. No clear career path for tech once they reach L4. Promotion process is hardly depend on your manager. Constantly reorganization and management change.
