Pros

You will experience innovation in the first day, and you will be able to work with the most important tech partners and SIs, as well as great customers. Amazon is a really successful business. Not a lot of perks (i.e. not free amazon prime), but great salary and stock options

Cons

Although there are good reasons for the peculiar culture, a lot of the time affects the agility of the business and becomes quite bureaucratic. As any other gigantic company, when they lay off employees, it’s usually a lot or even entire departments.

Pros

Great Tech, with all the ingredients to be world's best employer, customer obsessed

Cons

Focus on the nitty gritty reducing scope to innovate in role. Not employee obsessed, poor work life balance
