Pros
Really love the build system at AWS, you will build world class applications. Each team individually is like managing it's own startup.
Cons
AWS seems to not care as much for creating equity in compensation for loyal engineers. New engineers are still making 40-50% more than existing engineers even when getting top tier ratings.
