-Administrative work can often be tedious and excessive -Frequent manager transfers can make it more difficult to promote if you don't proactively track all the work you do -Individual work life can be severely damaged by inadequate team staffing or team members that don't pull their weight -building designs can vary wildly, making transfers to other buildings difficult as plant/building operations can be completely different
