-varied work -high pay with low prior experience requirements -work/life balance can be good, with several different schedule options -good job mobility, transferring to other teams, and getting promotions can be done within 1-2 years depending on performance
Cons
-Administrative work can often be tedious and excessive -Frequent manager transfers can make it more difficult to promote if you don't proactively track all the work you do -Individual work life can be severely damaged by inadequate team staffing or team members that don't pull their weight -building designs can vary wildly, making transfers to other buildings difficult as plant/building operations can be completely different
