Pros

If you end up getting a good package on day 1 after negotiations it is definitely a good place to be at. Culture is not as bad as what blind says.

Cons

Benefits are bad. Its a customer first company , but I wish employee first is also equally important.

Pros

Nothing to mention really, stay away

Cons

expect 70+ hrs per week Crazy deadlines The system is designed to drain engineers and kick them out, then repeat since they also spend no time for training or ramp up, so they lose nothing
