      You will have strong colleuage and competitive working environment.

      Cons

      RTO 5 days is enforced. High intensive and make it difficult to balance your family time. Layoff happened every year. Stock value didn't grow but company assume it's 15% grow every year. Which means tour total compensastion is less than expected.

      Cons
