      Great perks, happy working in role, little room to grow or promote.

      Cons

      Easy enough to cross promote, much harder to move from level to level. Easy to get stuck in the same level for multiple years.

      - Good amount of interesting projects depending on the team. You get exposure to large-scale systems and real production traffic. - Smart coworkers overall. Most engineers are helpful and collaborative. - If you are proactive, there are good learning opportunities and chances to work with different AWS services. - Good place to build strong engineering fundamentals early in your career.

      Cons

      - Reorgs happen pretty frequently, which can cause projects to get reshuffled or priorities to change suddenly. - Work-life balance varies a lot by team. Some teams are chill, others can get pretty busy. - Career growth sometimes requires a lot of self-advocacy.
