Pros

There are numerous materials and solutions available for you to study and understand, as well as many AI-related tools and resources. Additionally, there are lots of internal knowledge sharings. Many colleagues are highly skilled, and there are plenty of talented individuals.

Cons

The work pace is fast and very KPI-driven。The resources allocated to different projects vary significantly. Everyone hopes to work on those major initiatives that could possible turn into success stories that everyone admires. However, if you are unfortunately assigned to smaller clients or projects, you’re on your ownf in solving many issues, as support staff tend to be less willing to invest time in these projects.
