- they bend the 14 LPs in a way most benefit them, even though an idea could go agains some of the LPs
- it is a back stabbing company, people are so worry to shine and get promoted that people in AWS UK + EMEA are able to work in a team and then present something without mentioning who were part of the project
- this “everyone is the owner” mindset allows a ton of people working on the same problem without no one actually fixing the issue
- people are worried to make a good impression to leaders so they can be promoted instead of doing the right thing or saying something when these leaders made a ridiculous decision
