- Competitive salary - Lots of stuff to learn - Smart and helpful colleagues - Very low overhead in terms of meetings, most things are done asynchronously and via docs

Cons

- Some managers went through so many reorgs they don't have a vision for their teams anymore (low morale) - Lack of middle managers forces engineers to spend a lot of time chasing the right people/teams - A lot of software is home-grown and needs getting used to
