Pros

A truly global, innovative perspective Vast amount of tools, methods and mechanisms to support your work A real inclusive culture Deep understanding of the need for Mentoring for new employees and patience to get you up to speed

Cons

To be successful you really need to lean in and ramp up your learning, listening, inclusion and innovation. You can't "sail" away. You need to be able to accept some corporate protocols, but that is something you may expect from a company like AWS. But some of it is really reflected from Amazon which is by definition very different from AWS.
