      Pros

      Very structured on-boarding plan, great team and people gives help.

      Cons

      Don't have an world-class ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc), most of the systems are developed by themselves, and it is difficult get global information that can easily be checked. There are thousands of tableaus reports, where finally you don;t know what must be used.
