Pros

The job is what you make of it. You are challenged constantly and you are expected to excel.

Cons

If you don't like high expectations, this isn't the company for you. You can get consumed by work if you aren't willing to say no. You are a number if you get higher than 2 managers deep in the organization.

Pros

a) Onboarding process is very methodical and documented. Within first couple of days, you are told very clearly what the expectations are for the next 3-months or so. b) Plenty of opportunities and material available to learn AWS platform and other soft skills.

Cons

a) Onboarding process is very long (about 3 months). b) Some of the trainings are redundant. c) Same process is followed for every new hire SA, irrespective of past experience.
