Pros

Far more of a 'family' and team feel than I expected for such a huge company. It's very different from the smaller startup-ish types I've worked at before, but it's been great to see the level of dedication and professionalism in the group. AWS is very serious about talent, hiring strong people and especially the customer experience.

Cons

Takes time to learn the parts of the company and different teams.
