      Pros

      The onboarding period is clear and sets the right expectations on the achievements required from the resource. The company has a clear level of communicating and has an impressive attention to keep resources aligned to the Leadership Principles. The trainings and the learning path allows you to go far beyond the technical skills focusing also on support improvement on soft skills. Great way to set the basics for a common sense for internal communication.

      Since the company is asking the individuals to be leaders, expectations are high and sometimes pressures seems overwhelming. You need to be able to deal with them and manage, as a leader.
