      Company growing at a fast pace, so need to manage work life balance at time (plenty of support from the firm) Change is constant Attrition is high due to high demand for AWS skills/people.

      Relaying the facts will sound like hyperbole, but I work with an amazing team of talented people who are a pleasure to work with. I enjoy my role, feel empowered to make suggestions (and people listen) and love the results my team delivers. For me, it's a great place to work with a great work/life balance.

      It's a large, complex company, so expect a learning curve.
