A great place to learn and work at the same time. Upgrading your skill, being systematically influenced to think long term and building a mindset to continuously think of improving customer experience are some of the finest traits that one can experience here in AWS.

Cons

The initial period can be a little overwhelming with the vast knowledge to gather and retain and the variety of tools that needs to be leveraged in your daily life, takes time to adjust. But once you are in the groove, it makes life easy.

I have never worked for an organization that takes their onboarding so serious and actually provides the support and resources for their new hires to be set up with success. The teams are welcoming and inclusive. They want to help and see you be successful.
