Pros
My teammates are smart and focused. They bring creativity and innovation into every project. There are many programs available to help virtual employees feel connected to their teams and to others within this huge company. I feel limited only by myself and how much I push for what I want in my career.
Cons
I've had a new manager every two months. Change is constant everywhere, but it's faster here than most places. Communication and alignment across teams is difficult.
