Pros

The only reason to go to Amazon is the good pay, assuming you stay long enough to collect the RSUs. Most people are pushed out before 2 years.

Cons

Incompetent Managers all the way though to the VP. PIP culture used to push people out. Has nothing to do with performance.

Pros

Good salary, but nothing else.

Cons

Very hard on new employees, bullying and harassments is the norm if you have been there under 2 years. New employees laid off first, and then the left overs were all PIPed within 6 months. Seen several horrible things go on here.
