Pros
If you get lucky and get a good team, you lucked out. You will learn a ton of new and relevant stuff. PEs can be very good, and are often flexible. This isn't a minor league job - you have to be ready for category 5 storms. But if you can handle it, life becomes great. I absolutely loved every moment of working at AWS so far.

Leadership is process heavy. Top-heavy leadership. Compensation seems to be lacking compared to other FANG
