Pros

Good to have on your CV if you are starting your career. Compensation is better than most other places but not a top payer.

Cons

- Some teams have bad WLB. - Middle managers are not trustworthy. They are there just to justify their existence. - After the 4 years cliff, compensation can be much below market. - Promotions are very political. - Focus and Pivot (called PIP before) are a hanging sword. Priorities shift very quickly and many projects are meaningless.

Pros

The pay is nice. I wish more RSU tho

Cons

Although you have strong managerial support (depends on team), the amount of workload you have is a bit too much at times. Always playing catch-up. Vacation is VERY hard to get because you always require a backup.
