Pros

- Incredible pace for such a big company - Impact on the big (in some aspects biggest in the world) scale: domain, technical, people etc - Tons of opportunities to grow and deliver - Pay above the market

Cons

- Agressive and pushy culture: stack ranking, PIP and such - Very top-down: almost no chances to drive own activity - Toxic leadership: depends on the org and team, but most of them are - RTO5
