      Pros

      Very High hiring standards mean that you can assume competency in your coworkers!! this not something I'd seen in any other large company.

      Cons

      Its hard to mark any specific Con, as there is a huge variablities between teams. But its a company that won't coddle you, you need to drive your own career progress and speak up when their are issues.
