Pros

You get to work on Tier-1 services alongside incredibly talented and driven people. The scale and technical depth are unmatched — it’s a great place to learn, grow fast, and solve problems that truly matter in the cloud ecosystem.

Cons

The pace is relentless and the environment is highly competitive. It’s easy to burn out if you’re not careful. Work can start to feel like a rat race, where output and visibility matter more than long-term sustainability or reflection.
