- Capable co-workers - Best management I have ever worked for - Interesting work/technology - Work/life balance reasonable - Competitive salary - Good business sense, you generally work on things that are successful and growing

Cons

- Fairly sterile work environment; some aspects of the culture are tone-deaf - Sometimes hard to learn from colleagues: feels like you are on your own - Development environment can be frustrating; it takes a while to get things done, and it seems like half of your job is spent supplying credentials to do anything
