Pros

Was pretty good 2 year ago.

Cons

Culture seems to be a 1 way streak. If you're not in the S-Team you're expected to show data for decisions. But they're okay to use feelings and tell everyone to disagree and commit. Badge tracking On-Call travel

Pros

- Relatively easy to get here - More or less healthy people's environment

Cons

- Amazon is not loyal to employees at all - Offices are horrible - Almost no benefits in offices or outside - Horrible compensation and vesting plan - Internal tools are outdated and they won't benefit in your value outside the company - A lot of bureaucracy with very slow processes
