Pros

Company resources Structured way of doing things. A good place to learn how to navigate the elite of corp america. Good to develop your writing skills. Data and customer focused company.

Cons

Most people in their late 30's mid 40's who want to get their check and go home. Very unfriendly and fake corp culture. No org chart. Overall lack of transparency. They underpay because of their name. Recent RTO 5 days despite strong employee rejection. Profit obsessed culture. They would sell your mother if that could bring in more money. In order to get promoted you have to be there for at least 3-4 years working 60h weeks.
