Employees are resources

Pros

The people I work with are super smart and good people. AWS truly is focused on customers.

Cons

The system created by Amazon is to hire type-A personalities and focus on promotions which results in employees working more than 40 hours a week ongoing. Employees are treated as resources and instead of streamlining processes, they use employees to do manual work for internally grown tools that are poorly designed.
