Friendly but overworked team members. Phoenix was a good location in winter

Cons

Too much time wasted correcting mistakes of incompetent Indian outtaskers. Company laid off American programmers and hired cheaper Indian outtaskers, who have a poor work ethic and little understanding of TPF programming techniques. Technical Documentation (03's and 06's) was allowed to lapse, resulting in poor documentation of programs.
